Nutrascia Pro Whey is an easy to mix formulated, feel free to use it in a cup & stir or in a shaker, add adequate water, skimmed milk or your favourite beverage. Adjust the taste of your Nutrascia Pro Whey by varying the amount of liquid. For bolder flavour & sweeter taste add 4-6 oz of liquid, for a milder flavour & less sweet use 8-10 oz liquid. TIP: Mix Nutrascia Pro Whey into oatmeal, yogurt, or the milk that you pour over your morning breakfast cereal, better yet, increase the protein content of muffins, cookies, brownies, etc. by adding a scoop or two to your baked good recipes.

The recommended daily protein intake for normal person is 1 gram protein per kilogram of body weight. For athletes it’s 2 gram per kilogram of body weight. Consult a nutrition specialist for your own requirements. Consume enough protein to meet your daily protein requirements through a combination of high-protein foods and protein supplements.
