Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully happy with every Nutrascia order. This page explains what we accept back, how long you have to return it, and how refunds are issued. If anything about your order is not right, start with [email protected] — in almost every case we resolve returns without you having to ship anything back.
1. Return window
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return on eligible items.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be reported within 48 hours of delivery for an immediate replacement or refund.
- Requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed case by case; we cannot guarantee a refund outside it.
2. What we accept back
- Unopened supplements with intact factory seals and tamper bands.
- Accessories (gym bags, shakers, apparel) in the original packaging and unused condition.
- Items delivered damaged, defective, expired, or that do not match what you ordered — always eligible for a free replacement or refund.
3. What we cannot accept back
- Opened supplements, unless the product is defective. Food-safety rules do not allow resale of opened powders or capsules.
- Items without their original packaging, including inner seal, scoop, or instruction leaflet.
- Products purchased on clearance or final-sale unless they arrived damaged.
- Personal-hygiene items (mouthguards, grip sleeves) once unsealed.
4. How to start a return
- Open a return request from your order page in your Nutrascia account, or email [email protected] with your order number and a short reason.
- Our team replies within one business day with a return authorization and pickup instructions.
- For Egyptian orders we arrange courier pickup from your address; for international orders we email a prepaid return label.
5. Refund process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued within 3 business days.
- Credit-card and Apple Pay refunds settle back to the original card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued as store credit by default, or to a bank account on request.
- Shipping fees are refunded only when the return is our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item).
6. Exchanges
- You can exchange any eligible item for a different size, flavour, or product of equal value at no extra cost.
- If the replacement costs more, we collect the difference before dispatch; if it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
- Exchanges follow the same 14-day window as standard returns.
