This page explains where Nutrascia ships, how long delivery takes, and how much it costs. If anything is unclear or your order has not arrived within the stated window, contact us at [email protected] and we will track it for you.
1. Shipping zones
- Egypt — nationwide delivery to all governorates, including Upper Egypt, Sinai, and the Red Sea coast.
- Gulf countries — Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Levant — Jordan and Lebanon on request.
- Other destinations in MENA and Africa — available on a case-by-case basis; contact [email protected] for a quote.
2. Delivery times
- Greater Cairo and Alexandria: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
- Other Egyptian governorates: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- GCC countries: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
- Orders placed after 16:00 (Cairo time) are picked up the next business day. We do not dispatch on Fridays or public holidays.
3. Shipping fees
- Free shipping on Egyptian orders above the threshold shown in your cart.
- Standard Egyptian delivery starts from 50 EGP depending on governorate and parcel weight.
- GCC and international rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier.
- Oversized orders (bulk protein, gym accessories) may incur an additional handling fee that is shown before payment.
4. Courier partners
- Inside Egypt we ship with Aramex, Bosta, and Mylerz depending on destination.
- Cross-border orders ship with DHL, Aramex, or FedEx; the tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over.
- All parcels are insured to full order value in transit.
5. Order tracking
- You receive an order-confirmation email immediately, then a dispatch email with a tracking link once the courier collects the parcel.
- Your order history in your Nutrascia account always shows the latest status.
- If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate.
6. Customs, duties, and taxes
- Egyptian orders are shipped DDP (duties paid) — the price on your invoice is the total you pay.
- GCC and international orders are shipped DAP by default; any customs duties or local VAT at the destination are the recipient's responsibility.
- We declare every parcel at its full sale value; under-declaration is not available.
7. Issues during delivery
- If a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact support within 48 hours and we will open a trace with the courier.
- If a parcel is visibly damaged on receipt, refuse the delivery and email us a photo; we will send a replacement or a full refund.
- For returns after a successful delivery, see our Returns & Refunds page.
