How to choose a whey protein
- Compare the protein in each scoop. Scoop sizes differ between brands, so look at grams of protein per serving.
- Work out the price per gram of protein. Divide the price per serving by the grams of protein; it is the fairest single number.
- Read the protein type. Concentrate, isolate or a blend is listed in the ingredients.
- Check sugar and calories per serving in the nutrition panel.
- Pick flavours and a tub size you will finish.
- Check the buying terms. Cash on delivery, returns and the delivery fee to your governorate.
