Who is Nutrascia Coach not for?
Coaching is not medical care. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 16, have had an eating disorder, or live with a health condition that is not under control, see your doctor first.
How do check-ins work?
Every 2 weeks you tell your coach your weight, how the plan went and anything you want to change. Your coach replies in writing and adjusts your plan.
How do I talk to my coach?
On WhatsApp with the Nutrascia team. Your coach replies within 24 hours on working days.
Where do I share my health details?
Only in your conversation with your coach. This website does not ask for them.
How do I pay?
By card online, or cash on delivery. You pay once for the whole package.
What happens when my package ends?
Before it ends, we send you a renewal link by WhatsApp or email. Nothing renews automatically.
Do I need an app?
